The Lawyers of GlickLaw acted as counsel to the College Early Childhood Educators (“CECE”) between 2011 and 2018, advising on investigations and prosecuting early childhood educators before the Discipline Committee. We are therefore uniquely situated to assist early childhood educators when regulatory issues arise including responding to complaints and investigations, defending against allegations of professional misconduct, and representing early childhood educators before CECE’s Discipline Committee, Registration Committee and/or Fitness to Practice Committee.

- Representing early childhood educators in applications and civil litigation before the Superior Court of Justice;
- Assisting early childhood educators in applications for registration and in making submissions to the Registration Committee;
- Assisting early childhood educators with audits and quality assurance programs;
- Advising early childhood educators on compliance with the Early Childhood Educator’s Act, 2007 and other relevant legislation and regulations;
- Advising early childhood educators on professional practice issues, such as record-keeping, privacy and confidentiality, and reporting
