Sarah is a passionate and skillful advocate who focuses on delivering the best possible results for her clients. She is known for her personable and practical approach to resolving regulatory challenges and legal disputes.

Sarah’s experience representing both regulators and professionals gives her unique insight into disputes from both sides. Sarah acts as prosecution counsel for regulators and assists with legal issues relating to complaints, investigations, discipline, and fitness to practise. She also defends professionals who are faced with investigations, disciplinary matters, and related litigation. Sarah also represents professionals, businesses, and other organizations in employment and human rights matters. Sarah has appeared before tribunals and various levels of court on behalf of both regulators and professionals in regulatory and civil matters, including judicial review applications and appeals.
Prior to joining GlickLaw, Sarah worked at a prominent Bay Street law firm where she gained a broad range of litigation experience in the areas of criminal law and civil litigation, professional liability, health law, regulatory and discipline matters. Sarah obtained her Honours Bachelor of Arts degree from Trinity College at the University of Toronto and graduated on the Dean’s List from Osgoode Hall Law School. Throughout all three years of law school, she earned a renewable scholarship for achieving a high degree of academic excellence and was named a Blakes’ Scholar. She also received awards for excellence in criminal law and property law.
Sarah is active in her community and currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors of Up With Women, an organization that helps individuals build a sustainable pathway out of poverty. She also assists the Intake Committee of St. Felix House, a transitional housing program for women who are experiencing homelessness.
In her spare time, Sarah enjoys spending time with her dog Charlie, running along scenic trails, and ballet.
